Boscos was founded as a comfortable neighborhood gathering place that offers great food, accompanied by our own special craft brewed beers.

Boscos is warmed by wood fired ovens used for baking our gourmet pizzas and other menu items.  Our menu also includes appetizers, salads, pastas, and entrees with a variety of cuisine styles-from Southern-style comfort food to European and Asian-inspired dishes.

The Boscos signature item, however, is our hand-crafted beer served with pride.  Our franchisees will be able to serve Boscos hand-crafted beer brewed from our microbrewery in Memphis, TN or they may choose to brew their own beer at their franchise location.

Our guests love us, and return often to sample our wide selection of regular, seasonal, or cask conditioned beers.  They especially love participating in our special events, including Sunday brunches with live jazz music, mug clubs, taste-testings, and cask-tappings!
