has been chosen as one of only 4 dozen independent
American craft brewers to showcase the pleasures
of fine food enjoyed with great beer in
Washington, DC on May 16 - 17, 2008. SAVOR
will highlight the culinary delights of
beer as part of American
Craft Beer Week. Boscos will be serving
our award winning "Boscos Hefeweizen" paired
along side of a Strawberry Chicken Salad
and Chicken Breast as well as Mimi-Fresh
