*Boscos Ice Age Pale Ale
This uniquely flavored, mildly hopped pale ale gets its citrusy, some say minty, character from a relatively new American hop variety, Glaciers. If our Paleolithic ancestors brewed beer during the Ice Age, we are certain this would have been their hop of choice.

*Boscos Stock Ale
Brewed using a 1790’s formula from Taylor Brewing Company in Albany, NY, “stock” is a reference to “store” or “keep”. These types of ale were brewed strong to “stock” for use at a later date.

*Boscos East India Porter
Surely everyone knows the story of “India Pale Ale” by now. It turns out we all have it wrong. Yes, England imported hoppy pale ales to India in the 1800’s. Those pale ales became known as “IPA’s” (The rest is history or maybe I should the rest is urban legend.) These “IPA’s” were bound for consumption by merchants, officers and diplomats. Another beer was imported into India in larger quantities for the workers and soldiers, a hoppy porter now known as “East India Porter”.
