*Boscos Stock Ale

Brewed using an adapted formula from the 1790's, this traditional style of colonial era beer was brewed strong in order to store, or "stock" for long periods of time. Clusters and Willamette hops, two of the longest continuously cultivated hop varieties in the United States, give this ale its hop character while pale malt and unprocessed cane sugar provide the beer's backbone.
