Leadership Responsibilities and Duties:
Communicate effectively with Company staff management/ownership
Participate in manager/leadership and lead production meetings
Set a positive example for the brewery team
Perform brewing and cellar work as needed

Managerial Duties:
Manage all productionManage production schedules
Ensuring the cleanliness of the production facility and effective equipment standards of operation

Accountability:
Ensure the highest quality beer production
Complete all brewhouse work according to the production schedule
Ensure accurate inventory of all types are accounted for in the production facility

Manage Quality Assurance Program:
Use programs to ensure overall beer quality
Ensure beers stay on brand using ingredients, processes, and sensory evaluations

Administrative:
Manage raw ingredients and purchasing
Perform monthly inventory of raw ingredients and brewery supplies
Maintain digital records of production statistics
Maintain and report accurate tax batch data – TABC and TTB
Develop new recipes and coordinate beer collaborations
Ensure brewhouse and tank cleaning logs up to date

Training:
Train new brewery team members
Evaluate trainees and communicate with management
Inform staff and social media team of new beer offerings

Yeast Management:
Ensure effective harvest protocols and pitch rates
Ensure accurate and effective yeast viability and densities
Assess yeast vitality when necessary

Manage Beer Competition and Festivals:
Stay updated with competitions and craft festivals
Enter brands into competitions and festivals

Teamwork/Communication:
Foster a culture of education, internal collaboration, and continuous improvement
Communicate changes effectively and promptly
Direct workflow in the brewery to optimize operations and safety

Compensation/Benefits:
