A Cold Smoked Duck Boudin, pan fried and served with a sweet potato hash, topped with a green tomato chow chow
Fried eggplant boat on a bed of tasso gravy, topped with blackened shrimp, lump crab meat and a sweet red pepper reduction
Deep fried chocolate beignets with a sweet chicory anglaise
